Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

I am very unhappy with the service as cochroaches are still showing up. This is not acceptable. We did this because we thought we wouldn't be seeing all these insects again but they are still there.

The person sprayed chemical and left he sprayed chemical on the back side of fridge including the compressor saying there are allot of cockroach i asked him if the fridge should be turned on or off he said i can turn on the fridge and the fridge has caught fire and the kitchen is burnt i need a complete property damage refund worst service by urban clap with such untrained person providing services

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
