The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the first visit include?

What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

The pest control was done yesterday around noon, and the apartment remained closed until 12:30 PM today, which is more than 24 hours. However, I can still see cockroaches roaming around. I am concerned that the infestation may increase again. The pest control technician seemed to do his job properly, so I am not sure whether the issue is with the chemicals used or something else. Please look into this situation.

We booked a cockroach pest control service through Urban Company, but cockroaches are still present after the treatment. The service does not seem to have been effective. There was also almost no smell from the treatment, which makes us wonder if the correct solution was used. Disappointed with the results.
