Very professional and also very polite behaviour. First time booked with ilma Mam and loved it. She knew all the pressure points and had a very calming voice also. Did the setup very well, came before time and was very proper. Would definitely give her 5 star rating, and also remind everyone else that maybe giving a 5 star rating won’t cost you anything but may cost the partner a lot even their job, so please try to be kind to our partners and especially she was very kind and sweet. Did the whole spa very nicely and made sure at every point I was comfortable.
