No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

We had booked a complete pest control service; however, the overall experience was highly disappointing. The service partner arrived late and appeared to be in a rush to finish the job. Proper treatment was not carried out inside the kitchen drawers, as only the upper surfaces were sprayed without removing or accessing the interiors where pests are commonly found. Additionally, I would like clarification on why an extra ₹500 was charged for applying additional chemicals for ant treatment. This charge was neither clearly explained nor communicated in advance. Given the poor quality of service delivered, I am dissatisfied and request a review of the service as well as an explanation for the additional amount collected.

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.
Thorough inspection of the area
Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas
Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs.
