He didn't color perfectly, there's a line created around the hairs because he has colored the skin also. So the hair and the scapl and the skin on the heqd is also colored. Also the color is too dark. He used deep black and I opted for Brown black.

I chose Urban Company because of their professionalism, neatness, and the assurance that waste would be properly handled and disposed of after every service. That standard is what built my trust in the first place. However, recently I have noticed a disappointing change. The professionals assigned to my repeated bookings have started taking this for granted. Instead of disposing of the waste responsibly, they are leaving it dumped near my house and leaving quietly. When I raised this concern, it was brushed off as minimal waste that is easy to dump nearby, which is not acceptable. No matter how small the waste may be, proper disposal is a basic expectation and part of the service promise. This decline in responsibility is quite disappointing and does not reflect the standards that Urban Company is known for. I sincerely request that trained professionals adhere strictly to the company’s policies and maintain the level of service that customers trust and pay for.
