This feedback is not just for Kailash but for UC. The massage bed is no longer comfortable. When I keep my face down on the extension at the top, the big hole hurts the chest. And, if you keep the head inside the hole on the bed, the face hurts. Also, the overall quality of bed is getting deteriorated. You dont feel comfortable lying on it for a 60 to 90min period. UC should do something urgently about it. Even if you have to increase the prices by Rs. 200-300, you should ensure that the quality of the bed is top class.
