The partner just tightened the board as it was loose, and for that the service is too pricey. And he told me that there was only one category as in repair and replacement and nothing else. I don’t think it took more than 1.5 min to fix that and it should have costed less than 100 bucks.

Very disappointing experience. The electrician seemed rushed throughout the service and did not clean up after completing the work. I had booked the service in the morning for an evening appointment, so there was no urgency from my side. What was most frustrating was that after finishing the job, he did not properly close the booking, and the app showed that he would need to visit again the next day, even though the work was already completed. If you have an emergency requirement, it may be better to cancel and look for another professional. After my experience, I checked the genuine reviews and found several customers had given similar feedback about rushed service, incomplete closure of bookings, and lack of improvement despite repeated complaints. Overall, I would not recommend this electrician.
