Partner was not having proper equipments, corners left black. They were using water instead of basic colin for cleaning. "Isse jaada clean nahi hoga was their pet dialogue" Not at all professional. They also poured some acid on floor which almost blinded us for a second, they didn't even inform to be away before pouring.

The boys did a fabulous job I am very satisfied with the cleaning though it did take longer than expected. They were very patient and responsive to my requests and left no stone unturned to clean every inch of space. I will surely recommend Nirmal and his team. I did however feel that in the end once I had approved the cleaning from my end, the backend process for approval from urban company took much longer than it should. The approval got delayed because of a few photos and I was waiting for almost an hour for the invoice to be generated, even after speaking to customer support. This was very disappointing and a waste of time. Urban company should improve their resolution process and make sure the customer get their approval quickly and efficiently.
