So the door hinge has been put in place. But the packing has broken which has not been replaced even though this was hinge change booking. The hinge was fine the packing or what ever itnis called broke. Now I am not aware of such technicalities. Now I had not been informed that this is not being replaced. After fixing, the door now stays ajar and does not close without the latch. When technician was still there I asked him why this is so because it is not so with others. He never informed me that it is becasue he removed the packing which was broken. Infact, he asked me to get another latch put which is a good idea but now it is essential as the alignment of door is now bad after the service. So he technically fixed hinge not replace as hinge ws fine but did not change packing and never informed he is not doing so. The lock was fixed fine no complaints. This is the first time I have had a bad experience with Urban Company. Also this is a metal door. I wish you add a section where we can mention that it is a metal or UPVC as the technician informed me door. So job was done but not well
