My experience with this service was extremely disappointing. First, the technician arrived without an assistant and expected me to help hold and move the wardrobe panels during assembly. This should not have been my responsibility as a customer. Second, it quickly became apparent that he was unfamiliar with the assembly process. Despite the wardrobe already having pre-drilled holes, he drilled additional holes into the engineered wood, causing unnecessary damage. He also did not know how to install the locks correctly and initially drilled new holes for them. Later, he had to remove the locks and reinstall them in the original designated locations. Additionally, he used screws incorrectly and at random locations, damaging the wardrobe’s surface. In some cases, the screws protruded through the other side of the panels, breaking and damaging the laminate finish. To make matters worse, throughout the service he repeatedly complained that the payment for the job was too low. As a customer, I paid the amount listed in the app for a 4-door wardrobe assembly, and compensation concerns should not have been raised with me during the service. Overall, the quality of workmanship was poor, the wardrobe was damaged during assembly, and the entire experience was highly unprofessional.
