After checking the cooler, he first told me that the motor winding might be burnt and that the motor would need to be replaced. He then suggested some motors with prices, which I refused, and I told him that I did not want to change the motor. After that, he again started opening the wiring, and then the cooler started working fine. Later, he told me that he had changed two switches and charged me for them. However, I was present the entire time and he only connected the wires that were already there, which might have been loose. He charged extra unnecessarily in the name of replacing switches. Moreover, in the beginning he said the motor winding was burnt and needed replacement, so it is unclear how the cooler started working just by fixing the wire connections. Please send trustworthy service personnel. This experience was very disappointing and not expected.
