Very good service! The Dheeraj cleaned the chimney in detail — all oil and grease were removed properly. He worked neatly, explained everything clearly, and even cleaned the area afterward. The chimney stopped working after deep cleaning. Now intermittently it goes off and on. Before deep cleaning it was working fine. Chimney is clean but damaged, this is the reason given 1 rating. Behaviour of the service guy was good. Once the problem is resolved, I'll change the rating.

He came fully prepared with all the necessary cleaning equipment, wore gloves, and maintained cleanliness throughout the process. He even cleaned up the area after completing the work. He was quite professional and good in his work but was not transparent about the money. Initial he told pcb work repair I accepted after that chimney motor has gone I accepted and motor was replaced he did very good servicing i appriciated him for it but when he saw i am getting labour discount in final bill he added capacitor replacement charge of 750 rs which he never informed not told anything. 750 is not small amount he should have told us first and started telling us that when motor is replaced by default capacitor is also replaced which was not informed earlier. This was the thing i didn’t like as he didn’t kept transparency.
