I am not satisfied with the chimney deep-cleaning service. The technician did not carry a steam machine, did not use or ask for hot water, and did not have any foam/degreasing cleaning solution. He only used some white cleaning powder from a pouch. Although he spent almost 3 hours cleaning, the result does not look like a deep cleaning at all. The inside, especially the upper and side areas, is still sticky/greasy, and even the filters look as though only basic cleaning has been done. I would, however, like to clearly mention that the technician was courteous, polite and well-behaved throughout. My dissatisfaction is with the quality and method of the deep-cleaning service, not with his behaviour.

During a deep cleaning service Mr.Sawnnt said that the motor needed to be repaired and he paused service and raised a ticket for 2nd September.Again asked me we will close this deep cleaning service without motor repair.He will do it separately.I stopped him ask to rectify the service schedule as pending he refused to do it.
