I recently had my chimney serviced, and while the overall cleaning process after dismantling was thorough, I observed that the auto-clean function stopped working after reinstallation. Clear guidance and proactive testing post-service would help ensure the chimney is fully functional before closing the call.I request you to kindly review this matter and arrange for a technical check if required, so the auto-clean function can be restored.

The technician needs more training. He doesn't fully understand the device. Although he is polite in behaviour he lacks knowledge. The UC team will train him well before sending him to the customers. In my case, I paid the visiting charges for "nothing ". Another technician visited the next day and same job was done.
