Mr. Kiran has done the service well and on time. But he requested for a forceful 5 star rating. Also he had quoted a higher charge of 1500 rupees for a simple carbon filter for my chimney which just shows a price of 700 rupees as per UC rate card chart for spare parts. This feels like a cheating and overcharging.

The executive was not a skilled one. Cudnt repair the Chimney. He fixed the Chimney tilted too and the Chimney is making too much noise. He came and said he can't do it and will arrange for a senior technician and just went and closed the ticket.disgusting experience

Chimney not working properly, once we pay , again your technician saying new problem, and asking more money. Once we pay as per your demand, then why should we pay more money. I am already ask your technician, It's will work properly or we change new one, He told after rewinding and change of capacitor and cleaning it work like new one, Once we pay as per your estimate then why we should pay more money. My chimney was not cleaned properly. Stain and stickness on the cover is still there which is visible after drying up. When I touched the cover of the chimney I could feel the stickiness of the surf. Very unprofessional my maid could have cleaned it better than this professional chimney cleaner.
