Said shop won’t give bill because of gst who wants to pay gst ! I have a bulb box it’s in the dustbin there was no box or packet, I will give my personal guarantee of 6 months even though bulbs only work for 2 months. It was an unpleasant and unnecessary experience on a Sunday. Trying to dodge someone selling you duplicate materials with utmost confidence.

I have had major issues with this service. The partner support who called me spoke to me rudely. The product motor part was dented when it came back after winding. The technician overcharged me 3k extra from the initial indication of costs. And the partner called from Urban company forced me to pay extra. Please refund me full monies for this terrible behaviour. Absolutely unacceptable unprofessional behaviour by you Urban Company
