He was quite professional and good in his work but was not transparent about the money. Initial he told pcb work repair I accepted after that chimney motor has gone I accepted and motor was replaced he did very good servicing i appriciated him for it but when he saw i am getting labour discount in final bill he added capacitor replacement charge of 750 rs which he never informed not told anything. 750 is not small amount he should have told us first and started telling us that when motor is replaced by default capacitor is also replaced which was not informed earlier. This was the thing i didn’t like as he didn’t kept transparency.

Mr. Dheeraj kumar yadav visited the property for the chimney repair consultation. He just checked the chimney and said that he is sending the quotation but i have to reject it as if i approve he will do the work now only. he scammed me to book consultation again. its a waste of money . they just scam to get the new consultation book by saying such things. Now i have no option to book it again
