Was going to use acid to clean the chimney. I requested him to wait while I got a groundsheet so that kitchen counter top & tiles will not be spoilt by acid drip. He was unwilling to listen .same as he insisted on dumping the solution down my kitchen sink,which I told him is likely to damage the plastic drain pipe . Kept the scrubber in the edge of the sink,where the acid promptly loosened the silicone sealant on the newly installed sunk. Overall I was stuck with a bigger cleaning job & repair costs of other items. This,after on his request,I allowed him to come early,as he had finished another job close by.

The chimney is running on a single speed - high noise levels. The technician Installed it in such a way that the bulbs are way inside and damaged the one functioning bulb. Installed the chimney without showing us the changed parts/ repairs made. Visibly irritated when asked to clean the filter properly or level up the bulb. After damaging the bulb kept the glass part in such a way that we wouldn’t have come to know of the damage.
