The chimney service person was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and was able to identify the problem with the chimney. However, we decided to not go ahead with the repair. While we had already paid the visitation fees of Rs. 158, we were asked to pay additional Rs. 61, bringing the total to Rs. 219. This shows complete in-transparency and is an unacceptable practice by UC. This also puts the service person in a difficult position. Kindly review and revise your practices.

Chimney not working properly, once we pay , again your technician saying new problem, and asking more money. Once we pay as per your demand, then why should we pay more money. I am already ask your technician, It's will work properly or we change new one, He told after rewinding and change of capacitor and cleaning it work like new one, Once we pay as per your estimate then why we should pay more money. Now you are requested to repair our Chimney free of cost because your technician not repair properly our Chimney.

He was quite professional and good in his work but was not transparent about the money. Initial he told pcb work repair I accepted after that chimney motor has gone I accepted and motor was replaced he did very good servicing i appriciated him for it but when he saw i am getting labour discount in final bill he added capacitor replacement charge of 750 rs which he never informed not told anything. 750 is not small amount he should have told us first and started telling us that when motor is replaced by default capacitor is also replaced which was not informed earlier. This was the thing i didn’t like as he didn’t kept transparency.

The cleaning was expected by using steam blower as mentioned in the app but was done manually also even the outer surface of the fan was not cleaned he stated that can be done only in deep cleaning

Excellent and quick service by Mukesh Chandra! He arrived on time and was well-informed about the chimney model we use. He came fully prepared with all the necessary cleaning equipment, wore gloves, and maintained cleanliness throughout the process. He even cleaned up the area after completing the work.
