I had a brand new chimney, only requirement was to fix the exhaust pipe joint that had come loose due to some wiring work. Because the technician did not carry the alluminium foil tape with him, he tried to ask if I have spare foil tape from earlier, then tried to stick a generic plastic cello tape which I declined. And then just to increase self billing tried to sell me basic service for my brand new chimney.. chimney functioning was not even my complaint. There was no service needed. Grossly unsatisfied.
