The person was in a rush since the beginning and was trying to avoid deep cleaning, for every process of the service we had to push him and almost convince him, he had all the excuses to avoid steam cleaning and did not steam clean. Did not dismantle the chimney, so the roof of the chimney was not cleaned at all and the inner/upper part of the chimney is still greasy. At the end of the service there is now a vibrating sound coming from the chimney which wss not there earlier, and he claims that it's happening because now it has been cleaned (this is completely illogical) and he left without fixing this issue.

He did not do any repair or even saying he is unaware of how to it and service does not fall in basic...which was improper consultation.. As the same work was completed by a different person at same amount the next day.
