The chimney is running on a single speed - high noise levels. The technician Installed it in such a way that the bulbs are way inside and damaged the one functioning bulb. Installed the chimney without showing us the changed parts/ repairs made. Visibly irritated when asked to clean the filter properly or level up the bulb. After damaging the bulb kept the glass part in such a way that we wouldn’t have come to know of the damage.

Cribbed about time being not enough. Forgot few things, later when I reminded him of those, he said it all can't happen in 60 minutes. Massage has to be about piece of mind for the customer not to stress us. Also had grown nails, which isn't hygienic for a masseuses.

The chimney glass was broken. Did not carry adequate cleaning material/detergent or cloth for a deep cleaning assignment Was messy and left the entire place oily Had to cancel the hob cleaning (loosing Rs.100/-) as he said the hob is defective and no point cleaning... have to call Hafele to get the service done now...
