Was going to use acid to clean the chimney. I requested him to wait while I got a groundsheet so that kitchen counter top & tiles will not be spoilt by acid drip. He was unwilling to listen .same as he insisted on dumping the solution down my kitchen sink,which I told him is likely to damage the plastic drain pipe . Kept the scrubber in the edge of the sink,where the acid promptly loosened the silicone sealant on the newly installed sunk. Overall I was stuck with a bigger cleaning job & repair costs of other items. This,after on his request,I allowed him to come early,as he had finished another job close by.

Overcharged for chimney repair over the visiting charge. Rate card mentioned 300 rs while the guy charged 800. The support system also did not cooperate
