The service booked by included deep cleaning of the motor and blower. However, no deep cleaning of the motor or blower was done. No steam was used. The unit was opened and only the inner surface was just cleaned. The motor and blower was not touched at all. The service was incomplete.

The person from beginning was absolutely not polite. He first sent a motor invoice stating that if the motor gives problem later then he will be charged. I had called him as chimney was making sound. When he arrived there was no sound. He recommended to change the filter which I agreed to. But still he sent me a different invoice and asked me to reject. Then he sent me the carbon filter invoice. I had queries about the pricing which he had no clue as rate card showed something else and he shared something else. I was on constant call with support. Later when the bill came again I had questions which support was helping with. He was impatient and was constantly talking. The customer care had mentioned that they will check the invoice and will call back to explain. Hence I had to wait for the call back but the gentleman refused to wait. It lead to unnecessary conversations which was not required. The contact centre called back with clarification and I paid the bill. I found the service guy very rude and argumentative. He should process complete knowledge of billing and how invoice is charged.

Thanks good service but company shouldn’t say it’s steam service it should be clearly mentioned that it is done with hot water. Company shouldn’t give wrong expectation to client.
