He just checked the chimney and said that he is sending the quotation but i have to reject it as if i approve he will do the work now only. he scammed me to book consultation again. its a waste of money . they just scam to get the new consultation book by saying such things. Now i have no option to book it again

The cleaning was expected by using steam blower as mentioned in the app but was done manually also even the outer surface of the fan was not cleaned he stated that can be done only in deep cleaning
