My Kitchen Chimney was vibrating because of oil collected in the motor. The technician left the oil uncleaned. Hence, the main purpose of the service remained unsolved. The chimney still vibrates. On the positive side, he did a jugaad by adding a piece of thermocol behind the chimney, which improved the issue little bit. Also, rest of the cleaning was very thorough and was done very patiently. His behaviour was good. He was punctual.

Your service representative was very transparent in his service. Before starting the service he told me that fan motor & blower won't be cleaned using advanced steam technology. He said that they have given many complaints to urban company regarding the same as the cleaning of motor and blower is done only in deep cleaning of chimney if selected by customer. He said that the company always tells them that they will make the changes in the application as in the basic cleaning also the same thing is mentioned. Due to this customer gets angry and misunderstandings increase. Even I think I have been overcharged as the steam process is not done in this service. I am not happy with the service provided as though mentioned in the application customer isn't getting full service as per company's policy.

Steam cleaning was not done. Just basic cleaning of the outer part and filter. It's definitely not worth 700rs.
