Did not carry adequate cleaning material/detergent or cloth for a deep cleaning assignment Was messy and left the entire place oily Had to cancel the hob cleaning (loosing Rs.100/-) as he said the hob is defective and no point cleaning... have to call Hafele to get the service done now...

Chimney requires two people to lift. UC send only one person. Must do changes accordingly. My mother helped him loft the chimney and now her stomach is paining due to it. Also, we had to call Faber person as after cleaning noise of fan has increased substantially. Not happy with Chimney service
