Basic chimney service is a scam as it is extremely overpriced for the services provided. The kind of simple cleaning carried out by UC, can be done by any lay person at home. The cleaning was poorly done, stains/dirt mark were clearly visible after cleaning. When confronted, UC partner wanted us to upgrade the service for higher fees. UC should stop either stop Basic chimney service which doesn't clean much or should charge way less than current fees. Waste of money, not recommended.
