Then he took the chimney down and was trying to upsell a capacitor. The chimney was working and I told him to just fit everything back. I will never recommend him. He doesn't know his job

Since the motor of the chimney was not working, he was advising that he will provide from his resource at low cost. Instead of advising for replacement if it is warranty period. Faber chimney motor has life time warranty, this Chimney is less than five years old old.

Overall did a decent job of cleaning the chimney. I would highly appreciate if he could use an alternative to the scapper used to remove the grease from the oil collection tray and the blower blades which has damaged the paint of the blades and scratches on collector tray.
