The chimney service person was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and was able to identify the problem with the chimney. However, we decided to not go ahead with the repair. While we had already paid the visitation fees of Rs. 158, we were asked to pay additional Rs. 61, bringing the total to Rs. 219. This shows complete in-transparency and is an unacceptable practice by UC. This also puts the service person in a difficult position. Kindly review and revise your practices.
