Seikh Moidul Islam did a good job but I have a complaint against Rajesh Paul who worked on previous booking for same geyser. Rajesh Paul took the geyser unit with him after pausing the order. Then he completed the task in the system without my consent. He came back with the geyser nearly 1 month later and installed it back saying that it has been repaired and charged more than 3000. The next day the geyser started leaking. Since warranty was over I couldnot find an option to reopen the call or put a complaint against Rajesh. I opened a fresh service request. Sekh Islam checked and confirmed that Rajesh hadn't repaired anything instead he managed to damage it. I had to spend money for a new geyser which Sekh Islam installed for me. So it is clear that Rajesh Paul did a fraud. I can't find any option in the UC app for raising complaints against such cases and give negative ratings for such frauds. Being a regular customer I would suggest improve the UC app and also take action against Rajesh Paul and help me get back my money. Just to add the geyser was used by my aunt who is super senior citizen. The carelessness shown by Rajesh could have caused a life threatening accident as the geyser was leaking
