This is a total scam. I booked this for a normal checkup. He came and said three parts were faulty and the prices he said he could reduce since he can give the branded thermostat at the rate of local. But I was still suspicious, so later I called a technician who just came and fit all the parts back in and then it was running again and it is still running. Nothing was wrong other than a loose connection. So it definitely looks like a scam to sell company assigned parts at fixed rates which are not even faulty.
