Not properly examined the problem. It could have been better with the proper outcome. I paid him Rs300 which was wasted. He is expected overheating is happening and heating coil is going to damage and suggested to change the heater. But I took a second opinion and found that actually it is not like that whenever I called the original company service provider. The service provider person came within 2hrs and change the harness assembly immediately and now the geyser is running smoothly. Heater condition is healthy.
