I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the geyser repair service provided by your technician who visited my premises recently. Unfortunately, the service was not carried out properly. The technician did not resolve the issue completely, and the geyser is still not functioning as expected. Despite the visit, the problem remains unresolved, which has caused inconvenience. I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange for a proper inspection and repair at the earliest, preferably by a senior or more experienced technician. I also request that necessary action be taken to ensure better service quality in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response

After servicing, working condition Geyser has been stopped. Firstly he told, the geyser gone deffective due to leakage. Further he suggested for electrician to replace socket when I inquired about its working status. I'm Not satisfied with the service.
