One of the two geysers is not heating after clening and refitting. So, the JOB IS INCOMPLETE. But, the technician 'completed' the job even before complete testing. So, I had to PAY IN FULL based on his word of mouth that he will visit tomorrow to resolve the issue. For now, I am giving this rating because he 'closed' the job in a hurry without properly testing and would have left had I not insisted on checking the heating. But, I'll be forced to escalate the issue if it is not resolved soon. Both geysers were demonstrated to be in perfect working condition before dismantling for cleaning.
