He behaved very rudely with my parents and before finishing the work told me and my parents he will do the work only if we promise to give him 5* rating no matter what. He also asked my old mother who is 70+ to bring the stool from ground floor to 1st floor on which he will get up and change the valve. Also I have enough doubt that the valve he replaced was not a new one, since there where no plastic or cover on it. It looked like an old one. He brought the piece within 2 minutes, I do not know from where. He did not give any bills also. After finishing the work he was not leaving my home till I gave him 5 star in front of him. I had meetings so I was asking him to leave I told him I would share the rating later but he kept on forcing me for 5 stars. It is a very unptofessional behaviour.
