Professional forced me to give 5 rating in front of him. He replaced PVC hot water inlet outlet pipe with steel coating which will rust in our locality. We asked him to replace that with proper PVC pipe but he said that Urban company strictly ordered them not to use PVC pipe for safety reason which we do not agree. Too much talkative and has tendency to charge for unnecessary things replacing the working parts. I can see that he has generated the invoice with one steel inlet pipe but I had to pay for 2. Dissatisfied with the service he has provided.
