I am extremely dissatisfied with the geyser service. This has been a frustrating experience and a complete waste of my money. The service quality was not up to the mark at all. The iron parts and other components that were dirty were neither properly cleaned nor shown to me. It felt like the work was incomplete and not done professionally. Previously, my booking was rescheduled multiple times, which already caused inconvenience. After all that delay, I finally received the service the next day, but the work was still not done properly. The technician did not ensure proper cleaning or complete servicing, and the overall job felt unprofessional. Given the poor service quality and repeated inconvenience, I request a free re-service. This time, please ensure the work is done properly, with full cleaning and proper inspection. I expect better service standards and resolution to these ongoing issues.
