Very disappointing experience with the Urban Company washing machine technician. The technician barely checked the machine and quickly said that no repair was needed. He did not properly open the machine or inspect the internal parts. After he left, When I opened it myself to check, I found that some internal wires were burnt — something that should have been easily noticed if the technician had done a proper inspection. It felt like the technician was in a hurry and did not take the time to diagnose the issue correctly. Extremely unprofessional service and a complete waste of time.
