They didn't remove the items stored under the kitchen slab and sprayed the kitchen. Later when I tried to move the items, around a hundred cockroaches came out from behind it. The kitchen is still filled with cockroaches.

Charges for the utensil removal were taken but it was not stated that after the service the utensils will not be put back. This is very absurd as it puts all the workload in the customer itself which is exactly we wanted to avoid and hence chose to pay the extra charges .This is in another way swaying and charging the customers unnecessarily. Please look into this Partner is not responsible, this is about ONLY URBANCLAP SERVICE not fulfilled as per description
