Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

After one day of the service I still see many cockroaches moving around in kitchen once the lights,are off. Even in couple of cupboard I se numerous cockroaches not sure if itis thechemicasl qualityised to spar. I ha e ended up using g baygon spray again..just 1 day after spray

Charges for the utensil removal were taken but it was not stated that after the service the utensils will not be put back. This is very absurd as it puts all the workload in the customer itself which is exactly we wanted to avoid and hence chose to pay the extra charges .This is in another way swaying and charging the customers unnecessarily. Please look into this Partner is not responsible, this is about ONLY URBANCLAP SERVICE not fulfilled as per description

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.
Thorough inspection of the area
Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas
Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
