The service professional thoroughly inspected and explained everything well, and displayed a nice attitude and behaviour. However, there are a few areas for improvement: 1. The focus was mainly on the kitchen, while other areas such as the living room, washrooms, and bedroom were not given much attention. 2. It felt like the service could have been limited to just the kitchen, which might have saved some cost. 3. The chemical used doesn’t seem very effective — it only works when cockroaches come directly in contact with the spray. Once it dries, cockroaches appear unaffected. Overall, the treatment seemed only about 40% effective, and mostly limited to the kitchen area.
