The person who appears to be in the picture is different from the profile picture. He has not done the service as per the package. Instead added more work to me later for cleaning the utensils. I won’t put Urban Company in spot, but it is imperative to have them verified before they enter your premises. And also stop the practice of filling the survey immediately but the feedback survey has to be taken after 24 hours of service. As it helps in providing genuine feedback.

The person who came for the cockroach treatment offered me termite control in 2000 rs.....I am an employee and reached home the same time and I said you can do... without thinking much though we never faced any problem of termite.....but at the end he just showed that he is mixing two components but did not do any extra efforts for the payment which he received .....over that only one person was actively working, other person was sleeping on the sofa which we kept outside......I felt like cheating......being allotted for one work why do they offer other options and don't take any extra efforts to finish that.......or seeing females feel that they can be cheated easily

Person is rude and unprofessional. He suppose to visit by 10am per appointment time but came home at 11.30am and ordered not to cook during service. He should have informed prior so that we make necessary arrangements. This is first time we are booking this service without knowing the steps involved. He pulls out all utensils and leave them in the hall leaving customer no choice but struggle to put them back. He should have properly guide the customers what are the steps involved in the service, so that we can choose what’s necessary and avoid unwanted struggle.

There are puddles of the pest control liquid across the almiras which the professional asked us to clean by ourselves
