What will the second visit include?

Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

The cockroach are still roaming (big ones). The UC customer service guy says pest control is only for visible cockroach. Why would I spend 1100 rs for a visible cockroach that I can always spray normal pesticide available on Amazon, blinkit. Feels let down after so much effort to empty the kitchen for treatment without getting results

The professional was late by 30 minutes, he refused to remove the vessels from the kitchen despite being paid for doing so, the pest control treatment was terrible all the cockroaches were alive and walking on the highly diluted liquid that was being sprayed, the service staff behaviour was extremely unprofessional and I had to call the UC emergency helpline for assistance... Overall experience has been terrible and extremely unsatisfactory
