Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What will the second visit include?

Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

Refused to take out non glass materials, even when we informed that we will help for glass materials. Refused to include cabinet for pest control which is part of kitchen. Two people came for service but both of them was very negligent. Not at all cooperative towards the aged house members (My mother was only available along with my kid, but they didn't have any sympathy towards them). Please do not send the same professional for the second part of the service which is due in next 2 weeks.

I have been requested for cockroach and insect killer service,so two professionals came, with some spray solutions, they did not told what and how they will do the service,no explanation or communications,nor they instructed me what should I do what I should not do,they just came. They started the service. They took out all my utensils and the storage containers,after that they just did some spray within 15 minutes,and they are over.after that also all the cockroaches were roaming around,when I asked they told they wil die in 3 hours,I waited 3 hours,still the cockroaches are roming around the entire kitchen,I wish I would hv photo uploaded option’s,so i would hv gave it with proper proof,not expected such service from Uc
