Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

He is in a hurry to complete and in the process sprayed the chemical on two of the items used for cooking. Says they anyway have to be washed. For me expectation didnt match the reviews and rating. He anyway asked me to rate and provide feedback so he can book followup service from him again, which I declined. Post this I can now understand the previous ratings and reviews were given.

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs.
