Cockroaches are still roaming around at home, disinfectant didn’t sprayed and cleanup didn’t happen properly, needs to be done again

Incomplete service. Booked for one kitchen and two rooms. Didn't spray into the corners of the kitchen where roach infestation is there. I asked him to do the rooms which were booked and he didn't do it. Didnt complete the service properly. It was a slot for 1 hour 15 minutes, he left in 30 minutes. This was not the service we expected.

Two persons came and removed all the kitchen items from the kitchen cabinets without causing any damage and kept them on the hall floor. They vacuum-cleaned all the shelves and sprayed cockroach control medicine.

Literally of no use - clearly didn’t do inspection and finished spraying in 10mins for the entire kitchen and just after 15mins I can see cockroach’s roaming again. Waited for 24hrs thinking they’ll come out and die but I still see them roaming around freely. Last time I had booked the professional took 30mins to do inspection and then took like an hour to do proper spraying across. This is disappointing
