Overall, I was satisfied with the service, though there were some delays. Zia, the painter did a good job, though he had never used damp block in the past. This was a learning for him...

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Urban Company for a simple three-wall touch-up job. Our entire house was painted just 7–8 months ago using Asian Paints Aspira, which is quite an expensive and premium paint. Due to some minor renovation work, we needed touch-ups on a few affected walls, so we booked this service. The experience was far from satisfactory. First, the painter arrived late — he came at 11 AM, and then forgot to bring putty. He left again to purchase it and only returned around 1 PM, wasting a lot of time. This clearly showed a lack of professionalism and preparation. Secondly, despite giving the exact color code (Whitener 8476), the new paint didn’t match the original wall color at all. No one informed us during the consultation that there could be a color mismatch due to differences in paint quality or batch. Now our drawing room walls have three different shades, which looks really odd and patchy. Thankfully, in our bedroom we decided to change the entire color — otherwise the same issue would’ve happened there too. The work was supposed to be completed in one day, but due to incomplete and poor-quality work, it had to be extended to the next day. On top of that, the painters used our bathroom bucket and ruined it with paint. This whole experience was frustrating and completely unprofessional. After using such a high-end paint like Aspira, we never expected this level of service. Instead of getting our walls touched up, we are now left with mismatched colors and extra expenses. Very disappointing.
