The installation person was ok but It was a mistake to first cut the door for the equipment and then checking the device and finding it faulty. Now I am running behind the urban company customer care who don't bother even a bit about customers. For their faulty devices which I spent so much money and now lost peace of mind chasing them. There is no way to escalate the issue in this stupid app
