Food was WAY too salty & spiced (garam masala... bitter). Tea was too milky (used one whole 170ml rainbow evaporated milk) for 1 cup tea.

Firstly he didn’t wash his hands with soap and commented that we arrive to cook with our hands already washed. We asked him too cook biryani for 2 people and he used a full box of “greek yoghurt” in excessive quantity. He didn’t even ask or use normal yoghurt which was there is refrigerator I gave him instructions that we eat normal food, home cook style.. yet he added heavy layers of ghee on chapati. We asked him to make soup and he added butter in that without asking again. though i was repeatedly telling him during cooking to call me if any questions but he didn’t bother to ask pls do not call him to cook at your home or if he is assigned for your booking, ask for a different cook UC support team assisted me when i complaint and was good in handling it. But unfortunately the food he prepared would be wasted which is regretful.
