The technician arrived with a high hands attitude. From the outset, he kept reminding me of my booking and how he cannot do shouting beyond fixing one outdoor light at one time, which I agreed to, then he kept complaining but how one or the other socket is not working, I asked him to look into it, as he’s the electricity expert here not me, he did so and then it worked, only for him to grudgingly, fix the light. I gave him a certain instruction about using lights in a certain place, but he went and used all lights in one place itself, when asked, he said this what I had told him! He then leaves the outdoor area and comes out and starts climbing pic of my villa and sends it to the chat window of the technician and me. He did not even close the service request, ensuring I I don’t give him this feedback! I felt unsafe with him standing outside my villa and clicking pics of the villa and sending me! I had to call UC call center to lodge this complaint and close the service request enabling me to right this feedback! UC should know that they are selling the services by calling it for Diwali, and then having such professionals goes in the exact opposite spirit of Diwali! I was so shocked at the behavior considering how much I have used UC

Your person reached by 9:10am. Upon reaching he asked me for cello tape to fix lights . I said I have paid for installation charges, so then he wasted 45-50 mins calling driver, then went to collect cello tape. My balcony is only 50x 50 sq ft (small). Just to paste lights & put a few nails on wall, he took 2 hours . Finally he asked me to pay 50 AED extra as it exceeded 1 hour. I said you didn’t bring your things & went around wasting 45 mins, from my flat, to go search for cello tape. But he insisted & I had to pay 50 AED in cash extra Some of my friends advised me to not take your services. It was so true ! It was my first & last time using urban company services. Very unprofessional! I’m being charged extra for inefficiency, not carrying tape by your person & then wasting 45 minds time to procure it How is it customers fault ? & then making me pay the extra charges. I paid it but feel very disappointed Period will never ever use your services & uninstall the app I’m one of them who never puts complaints rather offered your person water, sweets but this looks very bad !
