While this was a trial and the first time visiting- my disappointment are 1. Food taste was bland. I said low salt but practically no salt 2. His cleaning left a lot to be desired- chopping board had food stuck, cabinets had residue everywhere, left oils bottle outside 3. He started cooking with truffle olive oil when I told him only olive oil and that means he didn’t listen or can’t read - in which case should ask 4. Mad 1 daal with mixed veg ( carrots were not cooked), 1 dry sabzi with wrong oil, 1 chicken as per his recipe which was decent, 6 chapati which was more dried naan, rice which was fine 5. Lastly not critical but came 35-40mins late and I had to follow up and he made no update on delay Overall trial was unsatisfactory- but not disastrous. New places overwhelmes cooks so I think it’s not the best example
